When you submit a contact, brochure, or guided-demo form, we may collect your name, work email, company, role, project context, and the message you provide. We may also collect limited usage information such as pages viewed, button clicks, device type, and approximate location. We do not intentionally collect plant telemetry through this public website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide requested materials, arrange demonstrations or pilot discussions, improve the website, and protect it from abuse. Website analytics events are designed not to include form contents or other directly identifying information.

Service providers and international processing

The website is hosted by Vercel. Forms may be processed by FormSubmit before being delivered to ProofBlue by email. These providers may process information in countries outside your own jurisdiction under their respective security and privacy terms.

Retention and disclosure

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the business conversation, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to service providers acting on our behalf.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also choose not to submit a form and contact us directly.
